Bonjour, my name is Sylvie, I am from Normandy, France. I spent my all childhood in Mom & Dad’s restaurant business where I learned all the trades. Chef Scott & I met in 1990 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel where we were both part of the opening team. We worked together for 15 years, him as a Chef, me as a Maître D’. Owner myself of a restaurant & catering company for many years I strive to please clients in need of a perfect event. I came on board with “Blue Monkey Catering” 2 years ago as an Event Manager & love working with Chef Scott. We are the perfect team.
