Hi my name is Mark Sykes I am the father of 3 wonderful daughters, and the proud husband of Jennifer. I am a Philadelphia health and physical education teacher by trade with over 24 years of experience. I started working for Blue Monkey Catering about 10 years ago on and off when needed. During the pandemic, however, I began working for Blue Monkey almost full time as a dishwasher and porter. It’s now been 2 years and I am Blue Monkey’s official everything…..you need something fixed, a light bulb changed, crab cakes fried or a truck loaded, I’m your guy.
